Update: I’m changing my 5 star review of this place. This actually should have been a 1 star review. My car started making weird noises after dealing with this location. I called them to raise the issue and got nothing but pushback. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone had an attitude and told me I couldn’t bring the car back until his A/C guy was back in. Which would have been a 3 day wait. I’ll definitely be taking my car to a different shop from now on. I spent almost $400 for them to mess up my vehicle. Never again. Don’t bring your car here. Wish I had read the other reviews before coming to this location. It looks like other people in the reviews had faulty A/C work done recently by this location as well. This pepboys will take your money and not fix the issue. They should be reported to the state for this fraud.

She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered. The service was completed on time, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to find a team that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location and will definitely be returning for future automotive needs. Thanks again, Cecilia, and the entire Pep Boys team! 🚗👍

CJ and Kevin are absolutely spectacular. I’ve been to a couple different Pep Boys locations, and out of all of them, these guys do it the best. They are extremely hospitable, respectful, relatable, and they show professionalism. But most of all, they are 100% real with you. They want the best for you and i greatly appreciate how generous they have been. 10/10 I recommend going here over ANYWHERE else!!! These amazing guys were willing to patch my tire on his break, they really deserve recognition!!
